Brian was born in Baltimore MD and raised in Fallston, MD. His parents moved to Fallston when it was simply rural, not fancy.  He was a Harford County resident for most of his adult life but moved to Delta, PA in 2012 where he still resides.

 

He has been a follower of Christ most of his life. He has been married to Gail (MacAnespie) for 32 years, has two adult sons who live in the area, and his Aunt Naomi a/k/a “Aunt Cookie” lives with them.

 

Brian has been a partner in a Bel Air, MD CPA firm since 1985. He specializes in estates, trusts, and individual returns.

 

His hobbies are cars, their 1886 2-story home, and helping others. He serves on the Delta, PA Borough Council.
